Location
Central Dalmatia
Location
Central Dalmatia
Milna is a sheltered harbor town on the western side of Brač Island, facing the channel between Brač and Šolta. Known for its calm bay and historic stone waterfront, it has long been a natural stopping point for boats traveling through central Dalmatia.
Arriving by yacht, the harbor opens gradually between low hills before revealing a small marina and a row of traditional stone houses along the waterfront. Milna feels quieter and more traditional than some other Brač destinations, making it a comfortable overnight stop.
Where You’ll Spend Time
Most yachts dock in Milna Marina or moor along the waterfront quays inside the harbor.
The marina sits at the center of town, with cafés, restaurants, and small shops lining the harbor promenade. Narrow streets climb gently uphill behind the waterfront, leading through quiet residential areas and shaded squares.
Just outside Milna are several smaller coves where yachts often stop for swimming before entering the harbor for the evening.
